MEMORY LANE

In collaboration with Accenture Interactive, Stockholm Exergi launched Memory Lane, an award-nominated initiative designed to combat loneliness among the elderly through the power of storytelling and AI. The project reimagined the voice assistant as a proactive conversational partner that guided seniors to share their life stories, which were then preserved as podcasts and printed books. By blending advanced conversational design with human-centered storytelling, Memory Lane not only fostered meaningful connections across generations but also showcased how technology can create genuine social impact, earning international recognition at Cannes Lions (nominated in Digital Craft) and beyond.
