Lådan
Graphic design
Lådan (literally “The Box”) is a relaxed, industrial-style beer hall and street food bar located in Vasastan, born from the makers of Flippin’ Burgers. Inside a raw, minimalist space with plywood walls and concrete floors, it serves approachable, high-quality street food—think sliders, pizza slices, falafel, and fried chicken all made from scratch using local, ethically sourced ingredients like KRAV-labelled chicken and freshly milled beef from nearby farms. The drink selection is just as thoughtful, boasting around 20 rotating taps pouring Swedish independent craft beers chosen by the team themselves, along with natural wines and cocktails crafted from small-scale distilleries. With seating for up to 150 guests and a laid-back vibe where orders are picked up at the bar and enjoyed on trays—much like a festival—Lådan offers a warm, sociable environment for gatherings, after-work meet-ups, or casual hangouts
